Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 August 2026 · These terms govern the use of yogajam.fit and attendance at YogaJam experiences.

1. The agreement

By booking a ticket, requesting a private or corporate event, or using yogajam.fit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. “YogaJam”, “we” and “us” means YogaJam, Prestige Shantiniketan, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048.

2. Tickets & community events

• Tickets are confirmed on successful payment and delivered by email/WhatsApp with venue details.
• Tickets are transferable — a friend can attend in your place if you tell us the new name before the event.
• You may reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before an event to any session in the following 60 days, subject to availability.
• Within 48 hours, tickets are non-refundable, but remain transferable.
• If we cancel an event (weather, venue or safety), you choose a full refund or a free transfer to another session.

3. Private & corporate events

Private and corporate productions are confirmed against a written proposal. A 50% advance secures the date; the balance is due 7 days before the event. Rescheduling with 14+ days’ notice moves the advance to a new date within 90 days. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the advance, which covers committed production costs.

4. Health & participation

YogaJam experiences involve physical activity. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You confirm you are in adequate health to participate, will inform our instructors of injuries or conditions, and will scale intensity to your own comfort — our formats are designed to make that easy. Consult a doctor before attending if pregnant or managing a medical condition. YogaJam experiences are wellness events, not medical or therapeutic services.

5. At the event

• Follow crew instructions at all times — they exist for everyone’s safety.
• YogaJam events are alcohol-free and substance-free spaces. We may refuse entry or remove anyone compromising the safety or experience of others, without refund.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings; secure storage, where offered, is used at your own risk.
• Events are photographed and filmed — see section 6 of our Privacy Policy for how imagery is used and how to opt out.

6. Website & content

All content on yogajam.fit — the YogaJam name, brand, copy, photography and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You may share links and event imagery socially; in fact, please do.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
