How we collect, use and protect your information — in language you can actually read.
Plain-language summary: we collect what we need to run your bookings and community — never more. We don’t sell your data. Payments are handled by our payment partner; we never see your card details. You can ask for your data or its deletion anytime at hello@yogajam.fit.
Last updated: 15 August 2026 · This policy applies to yogajam.fit and all YogaJam events and communications.
1. Who we are
YogaJam (“we”, “us”) operates yogajam.fit and produces wellness experiences across India. Our registered office is at Prestige Shantiniketan, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048. For any privacy matter, write to hello@yogajam.fit.
2. What we collect
- Booking details: name, email, phone number and city when you book a ticket, join a waitlist or request a proposal.
- Event information: which experiences you attend, preferences you share, and — where relevant to a booking — age bracket or corporate affiliation.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or forms.
- Site analytics: standard usage data (pages visited, device type, referral source) collected through cookies and similar technologies to improve the site.
- Photography & video: our events are professionally photographed and filmed. See section 6.
3. How we use it
To process bookings and payments, send tickets and event information, run our community programs, respond to enquiries, improve our experiences, and — with your consent — send you news about upcoming events. Our guiding rule, from our own playbook: data should help us understand people, not manipulate them.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partners (such as Razorpay). Your card, UPI and banking details are handled entirely by them under their security standards — we never receive or store them.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, email/WhatsApp delivery, analytics), with venue partners where required for entry, or where the law requires.
6. Event photography
YogaJam experiences are photographed and filmed, and this media may appear on our website and social channels. Signage at events reminds attendees of this. If you’d prefer not to appear, tell our crew at check-in or write to us and we will accommodate or remove imagery where reasonably possible.
7. Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to make the site work and analytics cookies to understand how it’s used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time, by writing to hello@yogajam.fit. We respond within 30 days. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as law requires.
9. Children
Family experiences welcome children accompanied by a parent or guardian, who provides any information on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.
10. Changes
We’ll post updates to this policy here with a revised date. Significant changes will be flagged to registered attendees by email.
