Do employees need fitness or yoga experience?
No. Every session is designed for complete beginners in office-friendly formats. Participation consistently runs far above typical corporate wellness programs because it's framed as an event, not a class.
Where do corporate events happen?
At your office, your campus grounds, an offsite venue or one of our partner spaces. We produce across Bengaluru today and travel to Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad and Goa for corporate bookings.
